Vol. 7 No. 26

ORDER OF BUSINESS.

What is the order of business to-day?

It is proposed to take the business on the Order Paper in the following sequence:—Items 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 12, 4 and 7.

At what time is it proposed to proceed to Private Business?

At 7 o'clock, under the Standing Orders.

Is the Minister for Justice in a position to deal with the matter I put before the President last Friday—that some definite day or days of the week should be set aside for consideration of the Estimates, in order that we may not be pressed back until the Summer adjournment without having had time to give proper consideration to the Estimates, estimates being the chief business of this House?

I am not in a position to deal with this matter.
