Vol. 7 No. 29

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - KILKELLY PRE-TRUCE CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he is yet in a position to say if a decision has been come to in the matter of the claim made by Vincent Fraine, of Kilkelly, Co. Mayo, on account of personal injuries received during the British regime, and whether in view of the fact that Mr. Fraine has been rendered unfit for work as a result of the injuries sustained he will take steps to have the settlement of his claim expedited.

The application referred to by the Deputy will be listed for hearing at an early date by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee during the course of their next sittings at a centre in County Mayo.
