asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that Volunteer C. Kearns, No. 45864, 13 Connolly Street, Cobh, Co. Cork, was recently discharged from the National Army; that since his discharge he has applied for his discharge papers and some months' back pay due him, and so far has not received same; whether he will now issue instructions that this Volunteer's claim will receive early attention and his papers and pay forwarded to him.
