I ask permission to introduce and to have printed and circulated a Bill bearing on the subject of Public Holidays. It is not necessary, at this stage, to go into any details. The purpose of the Bill is to avoid duplication in the matter of proclamations bearing upon Bank Holidays and Public Holidays.
