Vol. 9 No. 12

CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - PERSONAL INJURIES CLAIM.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state why a claim for compensation by Mr. John Holden, Ballywalter, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary, in respect of personal injuries inflicted by British Forces, was rejected.

This case was investigated by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee, who were satisfied that there was no loss of earning capacity as a result of the injuries and that no serious hardship was suffered by the applicant. The application was, therefore, refused.
