When does the Minister propose to circulate certain amendments that he has promised to lay before the House for Report?
I hope to have them prepared by the week-end and to let Deputies have them on Tuesday morning. Consultation with certain Deputies is required.
There will be a consultation between some of the advisers of the Minister and some Deputies on these Benches, I think, on Tuesday. I do not think it will be possible to have the suggested amendments, or rules— they may not go into the Bill, but may be agreed to to be put into rules— by Thursday.
We can take the Report Stage next Friday, the amendments to be circulated on Wednesday, if possible.
