Vol. 10 No. 19

DAIL RESUMES. - PROGRESS REPORTED.

I beg to move that the Dáil sit later than 4 o'clock, if necessary, for the consideration of the Central Fund Bill.

Question put and agreed to.

There is not a House to come to a decision on this question.

The question should have been raised before I put the motion and before a decision was come to.

I maintain that the decision already come to is null and void in view of the fact that it was not come to by a full House.

I submit that there is no evidence of the number of people there was in the House when the decision was come to, because no count was taken.

There was the same number as there is now, and that is 19.

The matter has been decided now, and we cannot go back on it.
