Vol. 11 No. 6

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - GARDA SIOCHANA AND FOOD AND DRUGS ACT.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he can state if the Cork County Council have yet made arrangements to serve out to the Gárda Síochána the necessary equipment to enable them to carry out their duties under the Food and Drugs Acts in Cork City and County, and, if not, if he will state what immediate action he intends taking to see that the County Council carry out this most important duty.

I have no direct responsibility in this matter. I will, however, ascertain the present position and bring it under the notice of the Minister for Justice.
