Vol. 11 No. 8

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - COMPENSATION CLAIM (CO. KERRY).

asked the Minister for Finance whether a claim for compensation has been received from Mr. P. O'Sullivan, merchant, Ardfert, for goods, furniture, and cash alleged to have been looted on the 5th November, 1920, amounting to £240, and, if so, if he will state what action has been taken or is intended to be taken as a result of this application.

Enquiry has been made at the offices of the Compensation (Ireland) Commission, but the claim referred to by the Deputy cannot be traced.
