Vol. 11 No. 8

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - CASTLEREA FIRM'S DECREE.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received particulars of a decree granted to Messrs. Connolly Bros., Castlerea, for £377 on account of timber removed from their premises during 1922-1923, and, if so, whether he will state how soon he hopes to have payment of the decree authorised.

The awards made in favour of Messrs. Connolly Bros. by the Commissioner hearing appeals under the County Court Appeals Act, 1924, are the subject of appeals which are at present pending in the Supreme Court. No further action can be taken until these appeals have been decided.
