Vol. 11 No. 12

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - HOUSING OF CIVIL SERVANTS.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that certain proposals relating to housing for Civil Servants were submitted to his Department for consideration as far back as July, 1924, by the Civil Service Federation, and whether he will now undertake to have these proposals investigated and cause a reply thereto to be furnished.

A reply has been sent to the Civil Service Federation. In explanation of the apparent delay in dealing with these proposals I would like to say that they gave rise to issues which required considerable investigation legally and otherwise.
