Vol. 11 No. 14

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MOTOR ACCIDENT (BALLYSHANNON).

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is yet in a position to state the result of his enquiries in the case of damages to a motor car, the property of Mr. P.J. Lee, of Ballyshannon, caused by a military lorry in December, 1924.

A decision has not yet been arrived at on Mr. Lee's claim for compensation, but will be shortly. I shall communicate it to the Deputy.
