Vol. 11 No. 14

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - COMPENSATION COMMISSION: CO. KERRY AWARD.

SEAMUS O CRUADHLAOICH

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state when the award of £315 offered by the Compensation (Ireland) Commission to Mr. James O'Driscoll, Causeway, Co. Kerry, some twelve months ago, because of destruction of his property in 1920 and 1921 will be issued, and whether he will expedite payment.

The award referred to by the Deputy has not yet been received in my Department from the Compensation (Ireland) Commission, and the question of payment does not therefore arise.
