CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - RECEIPT FOR LAND COMMISSION INSTALMENT.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he is aware that Henry Fleming, of Calverstown, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, paid £2 12s. 4d. into the bank at Kilcullen, as instalment of annuity due to the Land Commission on April 4th, 1925; that he has not yet received receipt for payment, although he has made application to the Secretary, Land Commission, and whether he will expedite issue of receipt.

This receivable order was received at the Bank of Ireland, College Green, with £2 12s. 4d. on the 7th April, 1925, and the order was duly transferred to the Land Commission and the amount has been credited in the books of the Payment in Lieu of Rent Collection. The receivable order has been dispatched.
