Vol. 11 No. 22

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. KILDARE FARM.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state whether the Land Commission propose acquiring the farm of the late Mr. Waters, Knockaulin, Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, which was formerly part of the Cornwall Estate, for distribution among uneconomic holders.

The lands referred to comprise a holding of 177 acres in the townland of Knockaulin, held by Mrs. B. Togher, representative of the late Michael Waters, as tenant on the Estate of F.V. Cornwall, Co. Kildare. When dealing with the Estate in due course under the Land Act, 1923, the Land Commission will consider the matter.
