Vol. 12 No. 17

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - LIMERICK-KILLALOE SUNDAY EXCURSION TRAIN.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware that the Great Southern Railways Company has discontinued the 4 p.m. Sunday excursion train from Limerick to Castleconnell and Killaloe; if he is further aware that this train was heretofore availed of by the working people of Limerick City, and if he will make representations to the Company to have the service restored for the months of July, August, and September.

The Great Southern Railways Company state that though this train has not been remunerative and, in consequence, had been discontinued for some time, it was restored last Sunday, and it is the Company's intention to run it every Sunday during July, August and September.
