I desire to give notice that on the motion for the adjournment of the House, I propose to ask the Minister for Justice to give us a report as to the alleged ill-treatment of a prisoner named Michael Carolan, at present in Mountjoy Gaol. Rather serious rumours were out last night and this morning.
