Vol. 13 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DIVISION OF TULLAMORE ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state the grounds upon which the Land Commission have refused to deal with the dividing up of the Charleville estate of Lady Emily Howard Bewley, of Tullamore.

Mr. HOGAN

The Land Commission have had the lands of Charleville demesne inspected, and have decided to take no action at present with a view to their acquisition.

They are, however, considering the question of the acquisition of certain untenanted lands on this estate adjoining the demesne lands.
