Vol. 13 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CLARE DAMAGE TO PROPERTY CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the claim for compensation under the Damage to Property Act of Mr. Patrick Conole, Deerpark, Carron, Co. Clare, and whether payment of this claim can be expedited.

The applicant's solicitor has informed my Department that the decree obtained by his client on the 11th October, 1921, has been mislaid. He was informed on the 9th ultimo of the steps which he should take, but no communication has since been received from him. Payment cannot be made until he takes the necessary action.
