CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - SADLIER-JACKSON ESTATE (CO. CORK).

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission intend acquiring the Sadlier-Jackson estate, Ahinisk, Midleton, Co. Cork, for the relief of congests, and whether the claims of those who were evicted from their holdings on this estate, and who are at present living on uneconomic holdings adjoining, will be investigated with a view to reinstatement when the lands are acquired.

The Land Commission have under consideration the question of the resumption of portion of the holding of Mrs. Jeffery, in the townland of Ballybobock, on this estate.
