Vol. 14 No. 3

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - WATER SUPPLY TO NENAGH BARRACKS.

DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received repeated applications from the Nenagh Urban District Council for a sum of £200 due for water supplied to the Military Barracks during the time it was occupied by National Troops, and, if so, whether he will arrange to have the account cleared without further delay.

Several applications have been received from the Nenagh Urban District Council for the payment of an account for water supplied to the local barracks. The account has been returned to the Council for amendment. If it is calculated in accordance with the arrangement in existence for the supply of water to the barracks, and resubmitted accordingly, there will be no undue delay in its discharge.

I desire leave to withdraw Question No. 17, as I assume that the Minister for Defence will reply to the question in which the same matter has been raised by Deputy Morrissey.

Yes.

Question No. 17 not asked.
