Vol. 14 No. 16

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - TURBARY ON DERRIMAN (CO. KILDARE) ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he can state whether the tenants on the Derriman Estate, S. 2733, Carbury, Co. Kildare, which the Land Commission have taken over for division, will be entitled to a proportion of free turbary in connection with their holdings.

Mr. HOGAN

Particulars of the estate of Mrs. Ruth Derriman have been lodged with the Land Commission, but the lands have not yet been vested in the Commissioners. The provision of turbary for the tenants on this estate will be considered when the estate is being dealt with in its order of priority.
