WRITTEN ANSWERS. - GARADICE-KILCOCK (CO. MEATH) ESTATES.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the following estates in the Garadice-Kilcock, Co. Meath, area for distribution amongst deserving congests and others in the district, viz., estate of Major J. G. North Bomford, Gallow, Kilcock; estate of James McGovern, Gallow, Kilcock; estate of Mrs. Charlotte Purdon, Ardrums (Little); estates of Mr. George Wilson, Drumlargan and Clonlion; estate of Rolley, Drumlargan; and whether he can state when same will be divided.

The Land Commission do not at present propose to acquire the lands of Gallow and Ardrums (estates of Bomford and McGovern) referred to. The acquisition of the lands of Drumlargan and Clonlion (estates of Rolley and Wilson) is under consideration.
