Vol. 16 No. 10

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - CO. MEATH COMPENSATION CASE.

asked the Minister for Defence whether compensation will be paid to Mrs. M.A. Fitzsimons, Tullahanstown, Navan, in respect of the death of her son, Mr. James Fitzsimons, whose death was due, it is alleged, to having been supplied with bad meat and having been subjected to bad treatment while serving in the National Army in September, 1922, at Galway.

I have no information as to the circumstances of the death of Mr. Fitzsimons, and do not appear to have received a claim from Mrs. Fitzsimons. If she furnishes me with all the particulars her case will be duly considered.
