asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the Land Commission proposes acquiring the lands of Rathcarn, Castletown, Athboy, Co. Meath, the property of J.J. Maher, Clonsilla, Co. Dublin, and Miss Heffernan, who is resident in Austria; and if he can state when same will be acquired and allotted.

The Commissioners do not at present propose to take any steps with a view to the acquisition of the lands of Rathcarran, on the estate of J.J. Maher. An offer will issue at an early date to Miss Heffernan for the lands of Rathcarran owned by her.
