Vol. 16 No. 15

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ENNIS RAID CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what decision has been reached in the claim for compensation made by Mrs. Mary Lucid, 5 Steele's Terrace, Ennis, in respect of injuries sustained by her during a raid on her house in or about the 24th April, 1921.

The application of the person named by the Deputy for compensation in respect of personal injuries was fully and carefully considered by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee, who recommended that no compensation should be paid. The applicant was informed accordingly through her solicitors on the 25th September, 1924.
