I would like to inform the Dáil that, through an oversight, a paper which ought to have been placed on the Table was not so placed because sufficient notice was not given. However, copies will be in the Dáil Office and the paper will appear on the Order Paper to-morrow. The British Government will issue it at the same time. It gives the heads of the ultimate financial settlement between the British Government and the Government of the Irish Free State.
