asked the Minister for Finance if he can state the number of decrees and reports respectively which have been made under the Damage to Property (Compensation) Act, 1923, and how many of these decrees and reports respectively have been paid.
CEISTEANNA.—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (COMPENSATION) ACT.
It is not possible to give the numbers of decrees and reports made to date as Compensation Sessions are at present in progress in some areas. The total numbers lodged in my Department are, in round figures: Decrees, 7,600; reports, 11,400; and the totals paid: Decrees, 7,300; reports, 9,900.
