DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence whether a decision has yet been reached regarding the claim of Mr. John Tierney, Clare Street, Nenagh, for a military service pension, and, if not, whether he can state when a decision will be come to.

Mr. Tierney's claim is under consideration by the Board of Assessors. I am informed that the Board's report will be made to me at an early date. I will notify the Deputy of the result in due course.
