CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - TEMPLEMORE POSTMAN'S INSURANCE.

asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs if he will state why his Department has refused to stamp National Health insurance cards for John Keane, postman, Groffin, Clonmore, Templemore, County Tipperary.

Mr. John Keane is employed, on three days a week, as an allowance deliverer at Clonmore Sub-Post Office, Thurles. He performs 11½ hours duty weekly and is not insurable under the National Insurance Acts in respect of his Post Office employment.
