Vol. 18 No. 19

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - THE TIGHE ESTATE (CLAREMORRIS).

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether the result of the inquiries which are being made regarding the position of the tenants on the estate of Thomas Tighe, the Heath, Scardane, Claremorris, will be made known to them, and whether their annuities will be re-fixed on the basis of the result of the inquiries.

Inquiries are being made regarding the circumstances of the estate of Thomas Tighe, Co. Mayo, and it is anticipated that these inquiries will be completed at an early date. The Land Commission are unable to state what course they will adopt in this matter until the investigation now being made is finished.
