Vol. 18 No. 19

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. KILDARE LANDS.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the lands of Ballyraggan, County Kildare, near Baltinglass, containing sixty-two acres and owned by Miss Nolan, Rickettstown, Rathvilly, for the purpose of reinstating James Lawlor, a nephew of John Lawlor, who was evicted from these lands in 1899, and possibly another congest.

Mr. HOGAN

The lands of Ballyraggan referred to are subject to a land purchase annuity, and the Commissioners do not propose to take any action as regards the acquisition of these lands.
