Vol. 21 No. 17

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ACQUISITION OF SLIGO LAND.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the lands of Thomas Phibbs (R. W. Hillas estate) at Grangebeg, Templeboy, County Sligo, containing about 300 statute acres, and whether he can state when it will be available for sub-division if taken over.

The Land Commission is unable to identify Thomas Phibbs as tenant of lands on the R.W. Hillas estate, County Sligo. The Commissioners are, however, taking steps to acquire 140 acres of the lands of Grangebeg from Mrs. Sarah Geddes.
