CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE ACTS.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state the total number of persons in Saorstát Eireann who are insured under the National Health Insurance Acts, and the number of these who have attained the age of sixty-five years, but have not attained the age of seventy.

It is estimated that the number of persons insured under the National Health Insurance Acts is 404,340, of whom it is estimated that 7,985 have attained the age of 65 years, but have not attained the age of 70 years.
