PUBLIC BUSINESS. - REGISTRARSHIP OF SUPREME COURT.
Resolved:—"That it is hereby declared that the Registrar of the Supreme Court shall be the officer of the Supreme Court of Justice in whose office shall be enrolled for record pursuant to Article 42 of the Constitution the copy signed for that purpose in accordance with the said Article 42 of every law which has heretofore received or shall hereafter receive the assent required by the Constitution to be given thereto."— Parliamentary Secretary to the President (Mr. Duggan).
