Vol. 23 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - PURCELL ESTATE (TIPPERARY).

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether he can state when it is proposed to vest the estate of Miss Anne Purcell, of Athassei Abbey, Golden, Co. Tipperary, in the tenants.

Particulars have been lodged by the owner's solicitors to enable the estate to be vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day under the Land Act, 1923. Having regard to the number of other estates in which the particulars were lodged at an earlier date, it is not possible at present to state when this estate may be reached in its order to be dealt with by the Land Commission, but when it is so reached it will be dealt with as speedily as possible.
