Vol. 24 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - VESTING OF KERRY HOLDING.

asked the Minister for Fisheries whether he can state (a) if the holding of Patrick Daly, Knocknageeha, Gneeveguilla, Rathmore, Kerry (Kenmare Estate), has yet been vested; (b) if not, what the cause of the delay is; and (c) when it is intended to vest the said holding.

In the Rental Schedule lodged by the owner of this estate to enable the Land Commission to collect compounded arrears of rent and payment in lieu of rent under the Land Act, 1923, Patrick Daly is returned as tenant of holding in townland Knocknageeha; annual rent £7. The prescribed Schedules of Particulars to enable the lands to be vested in the Land Commission on the appointed day have not yet been lodged.

Application was made to the owner to lodge the prescribed particulars under the Land Act, 1923, and a reminder was issued on 1st May, 1928.
