Vol. 32 No. 13

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Electricity Board's Reports.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he has received the report from the Electricity Supply Board of its proceedings for the first and second years' work as prescribed by Section 32 (1) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927, and further when he expects to be able to lay on the Table of the House copy of the Capital Account, Revenue Account, Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheets for the same years, together with a copy of the Auditor's Report as prescribed by Section 32 (3) of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927.

Mr. Hogan

The report for the first year has been received, the report for the second year is in preparation. The accounts for both years have been received and are being audited. For the better understanding of the reports and accounts for these two years it is desirable that they should be available together, and I expect to be able to lay them all on the Table when the Dáil re-assembles after Christmas.
