Orders of the Day. - Courts of Justice Bill, 1929—Money Resolution.

The Dáil went into Committee on Finance.
Resolved:—"That it is expedient to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas of any remuneration and allowances payable to judges of the Circuit Court appointed under any Act of the present session to provide for the occasional appointment of persons to act temporarily as judges of the Circuit Court during such times as a judge of the Circuit Court is, owing to other public duties or services temporarily imposed on him or on account of illness or for any other sufficient reason, wholly or partly unable to perform the duties of his office."—(Mr. Blythe).
The Dáil went out of Committee.
