The Bill, which will be largely an enabling Bill for the grant of the necessary financial and other assistance for the carrying out of the purposes of the proposed Cooperative Fisheries Association, will be introduced without delay when the gentlemen who have agreed to act as first Directors have had an opportunity of considering the draft Rules of the Association. It is my intention that these draft Rules should he laid on the Table of the House when the Bill is introduced.
