Proceedings have been instituted under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, for the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Rathcore on the Dyas Estate, and they were published in a Provisional List of lands to be vested in the Land Commission on the Appointed Day. Agreement has not been come to with the owner as to price, and further action is now under consideration.
