asked the Minister for Finance whether he will state when the subscription of £3 paid by Patrick Burke, of Kilcommodan, Aughrim, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway, to the Dáil Loan, 1919-20, will be refunded.

The application of Mr. Patrick Burke, of Kilcommedan, was not received until after the expiration of the time limit for making applications fixed by me in accordance with Section 4 (1) of the Dáil Eireann Loans and Funds Act, 1924, and I regret, therefore, that I am not in a position to authorise repayment.
