Private Business. - Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill, 1930. Message from the Seanad.

The following Message has been received from the Seanad:—

Seanad Eireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of the Dáil is desired:

"That it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill, 1930, being a Bill entitled an Act to authorise the construction by the Limerick Harbour Commissioners of Tramways connecting the port and harbour of Limerick with the Great Southern Railways; and to confer additional powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for securing the repayment of moneys borrowed for the purposes of the Limerick Harbour Act, 1926, and to confer borrowing powers on the Limerick Harbour Commissioners for the purposes of this Act."

I move:

"That the Dáil concur with the Seanad in their Resolution communicated to the Dáil on the 3rd December, 1930, that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of both Houses be appointed to consider the Limerick Harbour Tramways Bill; 1930."

Motion put and agreed to.
Ordered: "That a Message be sent to the Seanad accordingly."
