Vol. 37 No. 6

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Parsonstown Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries whether the Land Commission will expedite, for the relief of congestion, the acquisition of the lands containing 378 acres, of Parsonstown, Carbury, County Kildare, held by the late B.J. Eivers.

The lands of Parsonstown referred to by the Deputy have been gazetted for acquisition by the Land Commission for the relief of congestion. An objection lodged by the owner has been heard by the Land Commission and they expect to be in a position to give their decision at an early date.
