(for Seán Hayes) asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state whether an inspection, with a view to acquisition, has been made of the Scott Estate, situated at Kilbeg, near Cappawhite, Co. Tipperary (S.R.); if any further steps have been taken to acquire the lands for the relief of congestion which, in that particular area, is of a grave nature.
