Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Glenveigh Estate, Donegal.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries to state whether he will consider the question of dividing the Glenveigh Estate, Co. Donegal, amongst the evicted tenants, uneconomic holders and landless men in that district.

The offer by the Land Commission in respect of an area of the Glenveigh (Adair) Estate now the property of Mr. Kingsley Porter has been accepted by the owner, and a scheme for the division of the lands will be prepared as soon as possible. The division of the lands will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Section 31 of the Land Act, 1923.
