Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Gárda Barracks for Castlebridge, Wexford.

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state when it is proposed to proceed with the building of the new Gárda Barracks at Castlebridge, Co. Wexford.

A tender for the erection of a new Gárda Síochána Barracks at Castlebridge, Co. Wexford, was accepted on 7th March, 1932, by the Commissioners of Public Works. The contract documents have been sent to the assistant architect for the district so that he may have them completed by the contractor. Arrangements will be made to commence the work as soon as possible, and the contract date for completion is 7th March, 1933.
