Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Division of Kennedy Estate, Golden.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what is the position with regard to the Kennedy Estate, Mantlehill, Golden, Co. Tipperary, and if he will also state the nature of the report of the inspector who visited the estate and when it will be divided.

The Land Commission, on full consideration of the circumstances of the case, have decided to discontinue the proceedings for the resumption of Mr. T. P. Kennedy's holding at Mantlehill on the Scully estate, County Tipperary.
