Vol. 42 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bog Drainage—Tipperary.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when the Irish Land Commission intend to drain the bog at Derrefadda, Moyne, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, on the Smyth estate, now divided amongst the tenants, and if he is aware that the County Council has given permission, through their County Surveyor, to have a gullet sunk across the road to accommodate the tenants.

The question of the drainage of the bog at Derrefadda on the Vallois Smyth estate will be dealt with in conjunction with the scheme for the division of the bog, which is in course of preparation.
