Vol. 42 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Murray Estate (Tipperary).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state the nature of the report of the inspectors who visited the Murray estate, St. Johnstown, Killenaule, County Tipperary, recently, and also when this estate will be divided amongst the landless men and uneconomic holders of the district.

The inspectors' report relative to the objection of Mr. William Sparrow to the proposed resumption of his holding on the Murray estate, County Tipperary, is at present under consideration by the Land Commissioners. The Deputy will understand that inspectors' reports, being confidential documents intended solely for the use of the Commissioners, cannot be published. At the present stage of the proceedings it is not possible to state when the lands, if acquired, will be divided.
